Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the brand vision, mission, and strategic roadmap to ensure continued relevance and growth.
  • Translate brand strategies into detailed marketing plans, positioning frameworks, and GTM executions.
  • Leading ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns—from ideation to execution—with measurable impact and ROI focus.
  • Analyzing consumer insights and market data to sharpen targeting and positioning strategies.
  • Driving innovation across packaging, pricing, and promotions to enhance brand equity.
  • Setting and monitoring performance benchmarks, including pricing structures, sales projections, and market applications.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and R&D teams to ensure brand alignment.
