About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our Patient Pay & Insurance zone. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, defining roadmaps, and prioritizing features to deliver impactful solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product Management leaders to drive portfolio and product strategy
  • Focus on business problems before solutions
  • Serve as Product Owner for scrum team(s) covering assigned product area(s)
  • Define roadmaps, OKRs, epics, and user stories that clearly address business problems
  • Understand market opportunity via user needs, market forces, and applicable business models
  • Maintain an analytic/problem-solving mentality
  • Exercise value-driven prioritization and navigate challenging cross-functional, cross-divisional dependencies
  • Able to make tough decisions and be the voice of the product vision within the organization
  • Engage with Sales, CSMs, Product Marketing, and other internal partner teams as needed to determine best ways to communicate product to customers
  • Employ strong negotiation/logical-reasoning skills to ensure making the right tradeoffs
  • Support feature rollouts through alpha, beta, and general availability by collaborating with customer-facing teams, analyzing feature impact, and preparing communications
