Job Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Manager Finance with a proven track record of preparing and analyzing financial reports, tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management information system (MIS) reports, and dashboards to provide insights for decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to support project feasibility studies, cash flow projections, and debt syndication transactions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate Direct Tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Provide valuable insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning to drive business growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/Certified Management Accountant (CMA)- Intermediate, Master's in Commerce, Bachelor's in Commerce or equivalent qualifications.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Tally/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
