Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Shift Engineer to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle. As a Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining electromechanical utilities services at our site. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including:

  • Managing and maintaining electromechanical utilities services at the site with the help of technician teams.
  • Preparing and implementing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) to prevent downtime and ensure efficient operations.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  • Reviewing the work of subordinate staff and providing guidance to ensure high-quality performance.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation, tracking, and follow-up of assets under defect liability period and AMC/CAMC.
  • Leading the hiring, training, and development of shift engineers and maintenance staff to build a strong and capable team.
  • Developing and implementing effective budgeting controls and monitoring SLAs/KPIs to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in electromechanical engineering and facility management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
