Job Title: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support operational management activities and bring rigor to various related tasks
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders on operational and reporting activities
  • Communicate key business activities on relevant mediums
  • Drive operational optimization by identifying opportunities and managing issues
  • Be part of the business growth enabler team, identifying operational excellence and automation
  • Provide first-level user support according to established KPIs
  • Streamline processes and collaborate with stakeholders for timely delivery
  • Identify process inefficiencies through gap analysis and suggest solutions
  • Promote business solutions externally at client events and conferences

About You and Qualifications:

Educational Background:
  • University degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience preferably in insurance
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders a plus
Technical and Analytical Skills:
  • Sophisticated user of MS Office suite (Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills demonstrated through project management
  • Ability to analyze technical and financial data
  • Present complex situations clearly
Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker, data-driven approach to solving problems
  • Ability to navigate vague environments and prioritize tasks
  • Driven self-starter with strong focus on execution
