We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to fill an exciting position in our team.

This role is perfect for individuals with strong technical knowledge in Mechanical or Electrical fundamentals who want to work on installing, commissioning, and servicing machinery at client sites.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Install, commission, and service machinery at client sites.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues (mechanical/electrical) and provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure machine uptime.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers.
  • Maintain proper documentation of service activities (reports, checklists, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the Service Manager and Head Office for escalations and support.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt service and professional interaction.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical or Electrical fundamentals.
  • Basic understanding of industrial machinery.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70% of the time).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
