We are seeking a Visual Design Specialist to join our marketing team. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in creating visually engaging designs for campaigns and events, sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, and case study layouts.

Key responsibilities include designing assets for offline presence (booth designs, standees, banners, merch, handouts) and online presence (social posts, digital ads, email graphics, landing pages), collaborating with marketers, copywriters, and sales to translate open-ended briefs into polished, high-impact design outputs.

In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to refine website pages, landing page layouts, and visual elements in tools like Figma.

Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the B2B space.
  • Proficiency in essential design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
  • Awareness of modern design trends and ability to adapt them into marketing assets.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, print, and web.
  • Comfort with open-ended briefs and ability to transform vague requirements into clear, impactful outputs.
