Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled retail interior project coordinator to oversee turnkey projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing retail interior projects, including furniture and fittings, with an ability to interpret technical drawings and plans.

You will play a critical role in overseeing project execution, ensuring that all work is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, including design, procurement, installation, and handover.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop, manage, and track project budgets and timelines. Ensure projects are completed within agreed financial and time constraints.
  • Interpret and review CAD drawings, layouts, and design plans to ensure alignment with client requirements and feasibility for implementation.
  • Monitor the quality of materials, finishes, and installations, ensuring that all work complies with specifications and meets client expectations.
  • Source and manage suppliers for furniture, fixtures, and fittings. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
  • Identify potential risks during project execution and implement mitigation plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and issues, providing regular updates to clients and senior management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in retail interior design and fit-out sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel for project tracking, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and ability to understand and review technical drawings and plans.
  • Experience with turnkey retail interior projects, including furniture and fittings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ability to manage client expectations, deliver high-quality results, and ensure client satisfaction.
