Finance Transformation Expert

Are you passionate about driving impactful change and leading complex transitions? As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for the migration of finance processes into a shared services model for a global leader in industrial machinery manufacturing.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage large-scale transitions in global or complex environments. Your knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, project management, and change management will also be essential.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders, SMEs, and external partners for seamless execution. You will also be responsible for implementing change initiatives and risk management strategies to ensure smooth adoption.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end transition of finance functions into shared services.

  • Implement change initiatives and risk management strategies to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in shared services, finance transformation, or transition management.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, project management, and change management.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale transitions in global or complex environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
