This is a role that involves building responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow, leveraging content management systems (CMS), interactions, and animations. It requires collaboration with design, product, and growth teams to create high-performing web experiences.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and developing responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow\
  • Implementing basic frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom embeds and advanced functionality\
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring marketing funnels and campaigns to life\
  • Integrating forms, scripts, and third-party marketing tools such as Zapier, Segment, HubSpot, etc.\
  • Optimizing websites for search engine optimization (SEO), page speed, and conversion-focused layouts\
  • Implementing analytics tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel) and ensuring data accuracy\
  • Supporting A/B testing, funnel experiments, and performance monitoring

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Webflow development with a strong grasp of responsive design and CMS structures\
  • Proven experience building and publishing marketing websites or landing pages\
  • Hands-on knowledge of embedding and troubleshooting custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)\
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and growth teams\
  • Exposure to analytics and tracking implementation (GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel)\
  • Familiarity with form integrations and CRM tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Leadsquared, etc)\
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset\
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
