Job Title: Azure Data Engineer

Azure data engineers are instrumental in driving business growth by designing and building robust data architectures. Their pivotal role encompasses crafting scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks, developing and maintaining data warehouses on Microsoft Fabric that seamlessly integrate with other analytics components.

  • Design and implement large-scale data processing systems using Apache Spark.
  • Maintain and administer data warehouses effectively, ensuring high levels of security and data integrity.

Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages is a must. Experience with Apache Spark for data processing and understanding of Delta files and Lakehouse architecture is also required. Familiarity with features such as Direct Lake access for Power BI reports is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing data pipelines: Craft scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks to process and analyze vast amounts of data.

Administering data warehouses: Maintain and administer data warehouses on Microsoft Fabric to ensure high levels of security and data integrity.

Requirements:
