AI Creative Role

As a key player in our performance marketing team, you will be responsible for harnessing AI tools to create innovative ad campaigns.

Magna-Hire is a leading company empowering D2C brands to grow profitably. We're looking for a talented individual who can combine creativity with technical expertise.

  • Develop visual content using AI tools like Midjourney and Runway.
  • Deploy ads directly in Meta/Google Ads Manager.
  • Improve conversion rates by adapting visuals and proof blocks for product detail pages.
  • Create email, WhatsApp, and SMS creatives for retention and repeat engagement.
  • Experiment with Instagram/TikTok-style content and UGC-style creatives.

The ideal candidate has 0-3 years of experience in creative/design/marketing/content roles or a strong AI creative portfolio.

They should be proficient in using AI-first tools to create image/video/copy assets, have copywriting chops, and be comfortable with basic metrics like CTR, CVR, ROAS, and engagement rates.

Our team values fast learners, scrappy operators, and individuals obsessed with performance.

As an AI Creative Specialist, you'll work across the full funnel, shaping how D2C brands do performance creative in the AI era.

You'll be a foundational builder in a company reinventing growth and get to see your work go live within hours, watching results in real-time.
