Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a Functional Workday Time and Absence Consultant position. This is a full-time contract role that requires expertise in Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday, specifically in implementing global projects and transformation initiatives. A strong understanding of global compliance requirements related to time tracking and leave policies is essential for this role.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. They should be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a proven track record of supporting complex organizational structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Workday Time and Absence solutions for clients
  • Provide training and support for end-users on Workday Time and Absence features
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Workday Time and Absence configurations
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to Workday Time and Absence functionality

Requirements:

  • Workday Certification in Time Tracking and Absence Management (current)
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience
  • Proven track record supporting at least 2 global Workday implementations or transformation projects focused on Time and Absence
  • Strong understanding of global compliance requirements related to time tracking and leave policies
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex organizational structures
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
