Cloud Developer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, diverse, global team as a skilled Cloud Developer. As a senior member of our Salesforce application delivery team, you will be responsible for building, enhancing, managing, and supporting multiple aspects of the Salesforce Lightning platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), leadership, decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills. They will be self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize, organize, and plan work effectively.

We are seeking a talented developer who possesses a balance of technical skills and business acumen, with experience in coding and designing applications, particularly in Salesforce configuration, development, and administration. The successful candidate will also have knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, XML, and CSS, with experience on at least one front-end JavaScript framework.

In this role, you will collaborate with business partners, stakeholders, and team members to deliver solutions that enable our strategic business vision. You will be responsible for code review, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities, as well as root cause analysis and corrective measures on defects/issues identified.

We are looking for someone who can provide technical direction and coaching to software developers in application development activities, while adhering to all organizational and IT policies/processes for software development and project management.
