Graphic Designer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in delivering impactful stories through visual presentations and design that effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging visuals that align with the client brand identity and resonate with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create captivating visuals that meet client objectives.
  • Develop interactive communication designs that showcase creativity and innovation.
  • Meet with clients or account managers to discuss business requirements and task objectives.
  • Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
  • Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print.
  • Work as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.
  • Deliver high-quality work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay current on design trends, software updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in visual design, preferably in a creative agency or design studio.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across various mediums.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Basic skills in motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
