Job Description

We are seeking a talented Visual Content Creator who can conceptualize and design creative assets that drive business results. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to produce high-quality banners, website creatives, social media posts, reels, and ad creatives tailored for e-commerce campaigns.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and delivering visually appealing and engaging content that speaks to both B2B and B2C audiences.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all platforms.
  3. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor designs, and emerging creative tools to keep our brand's design language fresh and innovative.
  4. Supporting performance marketing efforts with conversion-focused ad creatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in e-commerce or IT products.
  • Proven expertise in B2B and B2C marketing creatives.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital creatives, ad banners, emailers, and reels.
  • An understanding of brand identity, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
