Job Description:

As a seasoned Technology Delivery Lead, you will oversee the execution of large and complex technology projects. Your daily tasks involve collaborating with various stakeholders to effectively manage project scope and risk. You will drive profitability by overseeing service quality and cost, while also supporting sales through innovative solutions and excellence in delivery.

Your role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving project goals in a dynamic environment.

  • Create proof of concepts with respect to functionalities in S4 HANA Finance, Own E2E project delivery.
  • Develop deep business process functional expertise and create E2E business process flow documentation based on discussion with business and requirement analysis.
  • Lead a team to deliver SAP S4 HANA Finance projects in Onshore / Offshore model efficiently and effectively.
  • Handle cross-functional team's communication / co-ordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in financial accounting principles and practices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in E2E Finance business processes, including preparing Scope documents, business process analysis and study, requirement analysis, gap identification, business blueprint, process mapping, configuration, functional and technical specifications document, test case document, training presentation, conf guide and user manual.

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in S/4HANA Accounting with good Finance functional expertise.
  • SAP S/4 HANA certified is an added advantage.
