We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Principal EPM FCCS Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your technical expertise to design and develop Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS) solutions for our clients.
This position requires a deep understanding of enterprise performance management systems, with a focus on financial consolidation and close processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop Oracle FCCS solutions that meet the needs of our clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain documentation of technical solutions and configurations
- EPM experience of 8+ years
- Experience in implementing EPM cloud with strong application development process, including FCCS/HFM and consolidation process knowledge
- Strong requirement gathering and solution design skills
- Desired functional knowledge of income statement, balance sheet, and different methods of consolidation and their calculations
- Sound functional knowledge of finance/accounting and general ledger/sub-ledgers
- Good communication and travel readiness
