Job Position Overview

  • We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Business Insights Analyst. This position will be responsible for developing dashboards and reports for the Workforce Management team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available on all dashboards and reports.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
  • Utilize Power BI, Amazon Connect, Kibana, and Teleopti to develop interactive reports and visualizations.
  • Experience with Google Sheets is required.
  • Familiarity with ETL, databases/data warehouses is a plus.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and ability to see the bigger picture.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
