Senior Xactly Solution Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Xactly Solution Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading full-cycle implementations of Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design, as well as hands-on experience with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure Xactly solutions based on client requirements
  • Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy
  • Execute data mapping, transformation, and integration processes
  • Create and run test cases; provide post-go-live support
  • Develop and deliver training programs for junior consultants

The selected individual will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives.

A strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive project delivery.

Proficiency in SQL is required, with ETL/data transformation knowledge being a valuable asset.

Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
