Information Security Compliance Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS) ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards. This involves managing audits, maintaining security policies, and handling customer third-party risk assessments.
This role requires a strong background in ISMS management, audit experience, and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform, and hold one or more industry-recognized certifications such as CISA or CISSP.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing IDfy's ISMS according to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 guidelines.
- Coordinating internal and external audits.
- Overseeing annual policy renewals, updates, documentation, and ISMS activities.
- Responding to security questionnaires from customers and partners.
- Tracking and closing compliance deliverables with internal stakeholders.
- Identifying gaps in technical or procedural controls and working with teams to address them.
- Training internal teams on compliance expectations and workflows.
- Monitoring and improving security metrics across the organization.
