Job Title : Retail Solution Architect

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive retail growth by identifying and solving client challenges. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in implementing transformation projects, leveraging cutting-edge digital, cloud, and AI technologies.

This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and a commitment to ensuring successful business outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive Partner-Led Growth, Incremental Growth, and Delivery-Led Growth strategies.
  • Design and implement innovative retail strategies, incorporating supply chain optimization, omnichannel commerce, customer experience platforms, and smart retail innovations.
  • Collaborate with retail clients to understand their business needs, identify problems, and propose effective solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of transformation projects, providing architectural guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science, with 15+ years of experience in IT, focusing on solution architecture and transformation.
  • Proven experience in the retail industry, with a deep understanding of retail business processes and technologies.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify emerging trends in retail and translate them into actionable opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex transformation solutions from concept to delivery.
  • Experience designing and implementing solutions such as cloud platforms, retail ERP systems, data analytics, Point of Sale (POS), payments solutions, and digital platforms.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends within the Retail industry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
