We are seeking a highly qualified Chief Data Integrity Specialist to join May I Help You in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all data within the company.

**Job Overview**

This is a full-time position with an executive-level role requiring more than 10 years of experience. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with extensive experience in data quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Data Quality Strategies: Create and execute plans to ensure data integrity across the organization.
  • Establish Data Quality Standards: Set and maintain standards for data quality, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout the company.
  • Conduct Data Audits and Resolve Issues: Identify and address data quality problems, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments to improve data quality processes and workflows.
  • Design and Implement Data Quality Monitoring Tools: Develop and implement tools to monitor data quality, providing insights for improvement.
  • Train and Support Employees: Educate colleagues on data quality best practices and tools, ensuring seamless adoption across the organization.
  • Manage Data Quality Projects: Oversee projects focused on enhancing data quality, driving process improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze Data Trends and Patterns: Use data analysis skills to identify trends and patterns related to data quality, informing strategic decisions.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain awareness of industry regulations and ensure data quality processes align with these requirements.
