About this Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Professional with 4+ years of experience in building and deploying GenAI solutions to optimize business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, and AI search frameworks to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Build and manage data ingestion pipelines using cloud services for efficient data processing.
  • Develop Agentic AI systems with triggered mechanisms and orchestration for automation to enhance productivity.
  • Apply best practices for hallucination mitigation and model performance optimization to ensure high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions, leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge.

Required Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Generative AI architectures, including RAG, AI search, and Agentic AI.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI ecosystems, including Blob Storage and Cognitive Search.
  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks, such as LangChain and Semantic Kernel.
  • Ability to design solutions addressing real-world AI challenges like hallucination mitigation.
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and programming fundamentals, including dictionary operations, multithreading, and GIL.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in cloud-native development on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with microservices and API integration for AI solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a balance of theoretical and practical knowledge.
