Distinguished Lawyer

As a Senior Legal Associate, you will be responsible for representing clients before various legal authorities, conducting comprehensive legal due diligence, and leading litigation proceedings. You will also draft commercial contracts, provide legal advisory services, and perform in-depth legal research.

• Represent clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and other quasi-judicial and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial transactions.
• Lead and oversee litigation and dispute resolution proceedings, minimizing legal risks and ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Draft, vet, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Provide legal advisory on matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, including resolution processes and asset recovery mechanisms.
• Perform in-depth legal research and interpretation of laws, including the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, IRDAI guidelines, and other regulatory statutes.

• Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) – Mandatory
• Master of Laws (LL.M) – Preferred
• 3-5 Years (PQE)
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines
