Job Title: Visual Image Enhancer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Visual Image Enhancer to join our team. As a key member of our post-production team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality image retouching services for photoshoot images.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crop images accurately to specified dimensions and compositions, ensuring precise visual alignment.
  • Correct and manipulate clothing, adjusting fit, removing wrinkles, enhancing textures, and fixing color inconsistencies with expertise.
  • Retouch skin, smooth textures, and refine hair details to achieve flawless results, maintaining attention to detail.
  • Recreate and update mockups aligned with creative briefs and brand standards, showcasing a keen eye for visual consistency.
  • Collaborate with photographers, creative leads, and designers to ensure cohesive visual outcomes and meet client expectations.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines while delivering high-quality output, and maintain an organized workflow and file management system.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest retouching and manipulation techniques, exploring new tools and best practices to enhance skills and performance.

Visual Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of image manipulation techniques. They will also possess excellent communication skills, as they will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

  • Proven experience in image retouching and manipulation.
