Job Title: Key Program Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project plans, execute tasks, deliver results, coordinate teams, and monitor progress.
  • Effectively manage client communications and expectations.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to recommend and deliver high-quality services.
  • Present project statuses to executive teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage risks to ensure successful project completion. Identify, classify, prioritize, mitigate, and develop contingency plans for risks appropriately.
  • Manage issues and changes to the project scope.
  • Work as a team player and leader to effectively coordinate across functional teams.
  • Ensure high productivity of development teams by identifying potential issues and roadblocks and working on preventing or eliminating them.
  • Support creation of high-quality client deliverables, including executive level updates, meeting facilitation decks, project status reports, vendor reports, project trackers, meeting minutes, final recommendations, and contract redlines.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while consistently delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Exercise sound judgement and oversight to ensure integrity and compliance with policies in all activities and communications while fostering organization's core values and behaviors.
  • Create environment for growth of development team competencies and expertise via collaboration with tech lead representatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10-12 years experience as a dedicated, full-time Project Manager leading teams of 10+.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • A working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services or related industries.
  • Service Line: Pharma/Biotech; Patient Support Program.
  • Knowledge of drug development is essential.
  • A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, polished executive presence, and ability to influence clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word; strong proficiency in Excel a plus.
  • Working experience with European/USA clients.
  • Advanced level of skills in Salesforce/Hubspot.
