As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing full-spectrum accounting responsibilities, including financial management, inventory control, and vendor/customer reconciliation.
You should have a solid understanding of pharma-related compliance and cost controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and detailed accounts and general ledger entries
- Prepare and submit financial reports and returns
- Manage financial transactions, including payments and reconciliations
- Maintain inventory levels and manage stock movements
- Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and statutory audits
- Ensure compliance with pharma-specific accounting norms and tax laws
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting in a pharma or manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge of financial management, inventory control, and pharma accounting regulations
- Experience with financial software, such as Zoho Books or Tally
