Job Title: Test Design Engineer

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Test Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing test architectures for complex System-on-Chips (SoCs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement DFT architectures and methodologies.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver scan, ATPG, MBIST, and boundary scan insertion and validation.
  • Evaluate, deploy, and optimize DFT tool flows with EDA vendors.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using scripting to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Support test vector generation and validation for Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers in the DFT team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with low-power DFT techniques.
  • Experience with post-silicon bring-up and ATE patterns.
  • Knowledge of safety-critical standards.
  • Exposure to High-Speed IO testing.
