Cloud Architect Position

A sovereign cloud solution is a fully regulated and maximized performance offering. It's built in India, for India.

This cloud platform is designed to handle massive transactions per minute, meeting the ever-evolving needs of businesses in India.

The solution offers Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings, Observability, Cloud management platform, and Cloud security posture management across Hybrid & multi-cloud environments.

This will be complemented with advisory services, data migration, and professional services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand client business goals, current and future cloud architecture, and migration paths.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions using enterprise architecture principles.
  • Lead and participate in Request for Proposal/bid processes, preparing technical solutions and proposals.
  • Present solutions to executives and technical teams; deliver Proof of Concepts and integration architectures.
  • Provide detailed architecture/design, requirement gathering, and creation of bill of materials.
  • Demonstrate expertise in cloud architecture (multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration, DevOps, migration, security, elasticity).
  • Collaborate with business, cloud architecture, product, engineering, DevOps, and security teams to deliver robust customer solutions.
  • Mentor teammates on cloud standards and drive cloud adoption.
  • Develop cloud reference architectures and management systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience designing/delivering projects with hyperscalers and private cloud.
  • Led multiple end-to-end cloud transformation and consulting engagements.
  • Expertise in cloud-native services (Compute, Networking, Storage, DBaaS, CDN, Alerting) and Kubernetes.
  • Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud automation, and scripts.
  • Cloud architect certifications preferred; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
