Job Title: Matrixx Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and support a state-of-the-art billing system.

• The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in developing and supporting the system, as well as experience in understanding client requirements and business models.
• Able to manage operations teams, liaise with onshore/offshore teams, and bridge gaps to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ability to debug issues, find root causes, and participate in user clarification sessions is required.
• Quality assurance of new features, requirement tracking, and functional change management are also key responsibilities.
• Familiarity with pricing configuration, task processing (API), events processing, and channel server management is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support the billing system
