Job Description

At RedCompass Labs, we are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to play a key role in designing and implementing automated test frameworks. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of mission-critical financial applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop robust automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and BDD Cucumber.
  • Write clean, scalable test scripts in JavaScript, applying Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for payment applications involving Wires, SWIFT or SEPA payment schemes.
  • Analyse test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain and execute automated test suites as part of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Document test strategies, plans, and results for audit and compliance purposes.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Selenium, BDD Cucumber, Java script, OOP principles and hands-on experience in banking payments systems, including OPF, Wires, SWIFT and SEPA. You should be able to write clean, scalable test scripts in JavaScript and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
