Job Description

\
As a telesales executive for our US markets, you will be responsible for reaching out to attorneys and law firms to promote our medical record review services. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients over the phone effectively.\
\

About This Role

\
- Make outbound calls to US attorneys to solicit business for medical record review services\
- Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our services to prospective clients\
- Maintain an understanding of US geography and time zones to schedule calls at appropriate times\
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and follow-up\
- Accurately record and update client interactions in the CRM system\
\

Requirements

\
- Telesales experience to US clients\
- Proficient in understanding and communicating in the US accent\
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills\
- Ready to work during US business hours\
- A fair knowledge of the United States and its time zones\
- Prior experience in the medical transcription field is preferred but not essential\
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented\
\

Preferred Qualifications

\
- A US-English accent is a must\
- Previous experience in a telesales role targeting US-based clients\
- Knowledge of the medical-legal industry is a plus.
