Job Title: Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive customer success through innovative digital solutions. This exciting role offers an opportunity to work closely with enterprise companies, uncovering challenges and issues through successful discovery sessions and workshops.

The ideal candidate will be an innovator who builds new solutions using out-of-the-box thinking, engaging with business users to create solution presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes. A key responsibility will be to develop roadmaps that clearly articulate how partners can implement and accept solutions to move from current to future state.

Excellent communication skills are essential to present and articulate the business value to managers and executives of all levels. Delivering functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs is also a critical component of this role. As a team player, you will contribute to a collaborative environment, learn, and share new knowledge while working on multiple customer engagements concurrently.

This position requires a strong background in pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions, supporting the sales cycle in selling CRM or high-value business solutions. The ideal candidate should have 10-16 years of experience in the Technology/ITES Vertical and a broad understanding of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing, and Mobile solutions.

  • Required Skills:
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
  • Relevant years of confirmed experience in the Technology/ITES Vertical
  • Strong focus and experience in pre-sales required
  • Experience in demonstrating Customer engagement solutions
  • Broad understanding of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing, and Mobile solutions
