Interior Design Career Opportunity

As a skilled Interior Designer, you should have outstanding creative thinking skills and be able to create Modular designs based on conversations with clients.

You should be confident communicating regularly with clients in order to assess their needs and adjust a given approach based on feedback.

Maintain familiarity with the Interior Design landscape and trends to provide the best ideas for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Closure through effective sales strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional Customer Experience during projects.
  • Lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables.
  • Oversee end-to-end Project lifecycles.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduation or relevant Diploma.
  • Minimum 1.5 years experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Leadership and delivery of Turnkey / Full Home Residential projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, presentation software, AutoCAD.
  • Design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation), Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning), Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details).
  • Project expertise in Creating Bills of Quantities for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in Sales Closure through logical & trusted Sales pitches, Driving and leading Design meetings with clients.
  • Desirable behavioural attributes: Result-oriented, Teamwork, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
  • High degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among team members.
