Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to spearhead our Transaction Tax division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and optimizing business outcomes through the expansion of service offerings.

Your primary focus will be on spearheading the development of new products within the division, while proactively managing client relationships to ensure seamless execution and successful completion of advisory assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the quality of client deliverables, including matters related to M&A Tax/Transaction Tax Advisory, Direct Taxation (Domestic & International), and Corporate Tax Planning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and optimize business outcomes.
  • Proactively manage client relationships to ensure seamless execution and successful completion of advisory assignments.
  • Mentor and develop your team, promoting thought leadership and championing knowledge sharing efforts.

Additionally, you will identify and adapt relevant technology and tools to continuously learn, innovate, and enhance service delivery.
