Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead data science and analytics hiring efforts in Hyderabad.

This role will involve developing and managing procedures and policies to support business growth and future capabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, guiding and supporting a recruitment team, and developing a business partnership and relationship management mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management:

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.

  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and deliverables.

  • Recruit, lead, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

  • Recruitment Deliverables:

  • Develop sourcing strategies and recruit using multiple channels, including agencies, job boards, referrals, and campaigns.

  • Serve as a trusted business partner to the Business Leadership Team, offering counsel, expertise, collaboration, and in-depth understanding of business variables in relation to the TA function.

  • Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice from a recruiting lens, including building affinity, sourcing, training, and selection strategies.

  • Lead with data, providing recruiting status reports and communications to senior leadership and key business partners.

  • Process Adherence and Efficiency:

  • Evaluate and improve hiring practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.

  • Monitor data performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Ensure process adherence and develop checks and balances to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and provide required insights.

  • Act as a point of contact for hiring inquiries and needs, addressing concerns and providing timely updates.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

  • Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs within the team and develop appropriate training programs.

  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hiring for data management, sharing knowledge with the team.
