Job Title

A dedicated Business Operations Analyst is sought after to support the management of enterprise data platform (EDP) operations across process improvement, cloud cost management (FinOps), automation, and infrastructure support.

  • About the Role:
  • Analyze workflows and processes to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Build and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reports for leadership insights.
  • Support FinOps initiatives including cloud cost optimization and vendor management.
  • Contribute to infrastructure operations, resiliency planning, and automation.
  • Assist in lifecycle management of IT platform products.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or R programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and FinOps practices.
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, infrastructure as code (IaC), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) analytics.
