Senior Manager - Electrical Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Wafer Electrical Test and Sort Test module team for a 300mm Wafer Fab.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance across various nodes, collaborating with suppliers to procure top-tier tools and consumables, managing a production test floor team, and driving process improvements.

This role requires strong leadership skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work collaboratively across global teams. A proven track record of developing and testing new technologies into high-volume production is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional projects and teams to achieve organizational objectives
  • Ensure quality compliance across multiple technology nodes
  • Collaborate with suppliers to procure top-tier tools and consumables
  • Manage a production test floor team
  • Drive process improvements, test time reduction, and debug algorithm efficiency
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, engineering physics, materials science or equivalent; Master's degree preferred. Proven understanding of device physics, process modules, yield improvement, failure mechanisms, and hands-on experience with Etest Program and/or equipment.

Deep experience with Wafer Electrical and Sort Test programs and tools (e.g., HP-Agilent, Keithley, Keysight, Advantest, TEL Probers). Ability to write E-test programs, familiar with load boards, probecards, SMUs, and equipment hardware and software.

12+ years' experience in the semiconductor industry, leading cross-functional projects and teams to achieve organizational objectives. Proven track record of successfully developing and testing new technologies into high-volume production.
