About the Role:

This is a key position responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Subscription Management in a cloud environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and implement Oracle Subscription Management module to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system configurations.
  • Define and configure subscription products, pricing models, and billing rules to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support integration activities with other Oracle Cloud modules and external systems.
  • Perform thorough testing and validation of configurations to guarantee alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting for Oracle Subscription Management users.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials to end-users.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of functional experience with Oracle Subscription Management in a Cloud environment.
  • A deep understanding of subscription lifecycle management, including creation, amendment, renewal, and termination.
  • A strong knowledge of pricing, billing, and revenue recognition processes within Oracle Subscription Management.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
  • The capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
