We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director to lead our BBA, BCA, and B.Com (Hons.) programs, driving academic excellence, innovation, and holistic development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement strategic plans for the programs to achieve academic and operational excellence.
    • Align program objectives with the institution's vision and mission.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the departments.
  • Academic Excellence:
    • Oversee curriculum design, ensuring alignment with industry trends and academic standards.
    • Promote research, publication, and innovative teaching methodologies.
    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality education and student support services.
  • Operational Management:
    • Manage the programs' budgets, resources, and staffing effectively.
    • Lead recruitment, mentoring, and development of faculty members.
    • Establish and enforce policies and procedures for the programs.
  • Industry Collaboration and Placements:
    • Build partnerships with industry leaders for guest lectures, internships, and placement opportunities.
    • Drive initiatives to enhance students' employability and career readiness.
  • Student Engagement and Development:
    • Encourage extracurricular activities, leadership programs, and student development initiatives.
    • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for students' overall growth.
  • Compliance and Accreditation:
    • Ensure compliance with CCS University / UGC/AICTE and other regulatory standards.
    • Lead the accreditation and ranking processes for the programs.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Educational Qualifications:
    • UGC NET qualification is a must.
    • A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is required.
    • A Master's degree in management, commerce, computer applications, or related fields is essential.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 15 years of academic and/or industry experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role such as Dean, Director, or equivalent, as per AICTE & UGC Norms
    • Proven track record of leading academic programs and managing multidisciplinary teams.
    • Candidate with experience of educational institutions is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹40 lakhs - ₹50 lakhs, depending on qualifications and experience. Accurate Group of Institutions offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
