We are seeking a skilled and innovative User Experience Designer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Design user experiences that meet business objectives, balance functionality with aesthetics, and drive user engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Fiori applications and SAP S/4 HANA implementations, ensuring seamless integration and user-centric design.
  • Analyze customer needs, identify pain points, and develop solutions that address these challenges, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and Fiori development, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design and/or Fiori development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation (1-2 years) is highly desirable, with a focus on leveraging this expertise to drive business value and growth.
  • Pharma industry exposure is an added advantage, offering valuable insights and experience that can be leveraged to drive success in this sector.
