Job Overview

The position of Billing Executive/Cashier plays a pivotal role in managing financial transactions and customer interactions.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for generating sales orders, delivering invoices to clients, and receiving payments. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales orders after obtaining detailed customer requirements
  • Deliver invoices to clients via digital and traditional services
  • Receive and sort incoming payments, including cash, debit/credit cards, online payments, and UPI
  • Manage petty cash
  • Identify inconsistencies in transactions or pricing within the ERP system
  • Regularly update receivables specific to customers
  • Answer customer questions and address problems
  • Submit collected cash to the relevant authority at the end of each day
  • Reconcile all payments received at the end of each day
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the accounts team
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports and present them to the reporting authority
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)
  • At least one year of experience as a billing executive in a large format store
  • Understanding of relevant laws, rules, and regulations
  • Passion for numbers and financial data
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
