Job Title:

Big Data Solutions Architect


We are seeking a skilled Big Data Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale data processing systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in distributed data processing technologies such as Apache Spark, Kafka, and Hadoop. Strong knowledge of cloud-based storage solutions like Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, and Azure Blob Storage is also required.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing robust data models, ensuring data consistency, integrity, and performance across warehouses and lakes. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing cloud-based storage solutions, ensuring data governance, security, and compliance.

A strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling principles is essential. Experience with ETL tools such as Apache Airflow or comparable data transformation frameworks is highly desirable. Proficiency in working with data lakes and cloud-based storage solutions is also necessary. Expertise in Git for version control and collaborative coding is a must. Furthermore, the candidate should have expertise in performance tuning for large-scale data processing, including partitioning, indexing, and query optimization.
