Job Overview

Maintain market leadership in clinical genomics by delivering exceptional analytical insights and services.

A Senior Genome Analyst will analyze and interpret complex genetic data, collaborate with colleagues, and drive business growth through customer satisfaction and service improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead molecular genetic analysis and interpretation for HLA and Chimerism projects, utilizing advanced expertise and knowledge of NGS analysis and diagnostic testing.
  • Collaborate closely with expert teams to generate high-quality clinical reports, ensuring timely completion and excellent quality standards.
  • Work closely with genome analysts, customer support, and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution and test order fulfillment within tight deadlines.
  • Provide consultation services on specific projects and contribute to peer-reviewed publications.
  • Participate in LIMS status management and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives led by the management team and sales force.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Genetics or Molecular Biology or relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in analysis and interpretation of molecular genetic results.
  • Expertise in NGS analysis and diagnostic testing.
