Senior Data Engineer Position

The Mastermind Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of intelligent data infrastructure. This role requires designing robust ETL pipelines, building scalable business intelligence solutions, and driving data-powered outcomes that enhance client value across telecom operations and IT asset management.

We're looking for an experienced candidate with 7+ years of SQL database development experience, including knowledge of modern ETL tools and BI/reporting expertise. Telecom domain knowledge and ITAM expertise are essential.

  • Develop sophisticated ETL pipelines using DBT, SSIS, Informatica, or Talend.
  • Design high-performance database structures and queries for analytics.
  • Build BI dashboards and reports using Power BI, SSRS, or Tableau.
  • Architect data integrations between legacy systems and cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Lead data migration projects and ensure high-quality data.
