**Job Overview:**

This is a full-time remote position as an Oracle Fusion Financials Lead. As a key member of our team, you will drive the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA modules.

About the Role:

You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, develop effective solutions, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement Oracle Fusion Financials, including GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Skills: The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation as a functional resource and 4+ years of experience implementing combinations of Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), and Fixed Assets (FA).

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated experience defining systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and user training.
  2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  3. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
