Job Role: Dynamic CRM Developer

Job Location: Chennai – Ambattur

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamic CRM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in plug-in development and registration, as well as the ability to design and implement CRM solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for involving all phases of development, including planning, analysis, design, build, and testing. Additionally, they will configure and customize standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and develop standard or custom reports.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Strong knowledge in plug-in development/registration
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge to design and implement CRM solutions
  • Involving all phases of development - plan, analysis, design, build, and test
  • Configure and customize standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views and develop standard or custom reports
  • Complete the documentation required including the source codes, technical specification, and unit test result
  • Support UAT, and production and fix the defect
  • Develop automated test (technical and functional)
  • Minimum 4 years of Microsoft Dynamic365 CRM development experience
  • Should have experience in C# development, JavaScript, Power Apps
  • Experience with Agile and SCRUM is preferred
