As a vital member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic digital campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Effectively manage performance marketing budgets and optimize spend across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, conversions, and more to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to align campaign strategies and ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Data Studio to track performance and generate reports.
  • Implement retargeting strategies and customer acquisition funnels across digital platforms to drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Analyze competitor campaigns and market trends to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing (2–6 years)
  • Proven track record of managing D2C campaigns and achieving high ROAS
  • Strong understanding of digital media buying, attribution, tracking, and reporting
  • Proficiency in platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, YouTube Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in electronics or gadget-based D2C brands
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, WebEngage)
  • Knowledge of SEO, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing
