Senior Design Manager - Automotive Manufacturing

Leverage design expertise to drive the development of new bus models, focusing on styling and conceptual studies.

  • Develop and implement product strategies for both short-term and long-term goals.

Collaborate with vendors to enhance product value and optimize production costs through strategic partnerships.

  • Oversee production-related tasks, including planning, control, and troubleshooting to achieve periodic production schedules.
  • Implement prototype projects for regular production through effective systems.

Prepare comprehensive bus proposal drawings and documents for tenders. Standardize bus assembly parts to improve inventory control and reduce waste.

  • Lead problem-solving efforts for production-related issues.
  • Conduct warranty analysis, quality improvement, and value engineering initiatives.

Work closely with testing agencies to obtain necessary approvals for new bus models and variants.

  • Develop and implement processes for regular production.
  • Coordinate activities with suppliers, designers, engineers, testing teams, and the supply department for new product development.

Apply critical thinking skills to resolve complex engineering challenges, prioritizing vehicle quality, reliability, and field concerns.
